Questions

Good questions, straight answers

Does it add late fees automatically?+
Yes. You set the late fee per day and the number of grace days in Settings, and overdue fees are tracked with late fees applied automatically.
Can we accept part payments?+
Yes. Part payments by cash, UPI or bank are recorded against the bill and each one gets its own numbered receipt.
Does it send WhatsApp messages by itself?+
No. It opens WhatsApp with the reminder or receipt already written for each parent. You check it and tap send, so nothing goes out without you.
Can we collect fees online through a payment gateway?+
Not yet. Payments are recorded as cash, UPI or bank entries. Collecting online through a payment gateway is not included at the moment.
Can I see which families are overdue?+
Yes. The outstanding report groups dues by how long they have been overdue, and you can print it or export it to CSV.
