Do I need to know accounting to use it?+
No. You enter fees, expenses, purchases and salaries in plain screens, and the double-entry books are kept for you. You see clear reports.
Can my accountant use the reports?+
Yes. The day book, trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet can be printed or exported to CSV.
Does payroll handle PF and ESI?+
Payroll covers salary structures, attendance-linked deductions, advances and payslips. Statutory returns such as PF and ESI filings are not generated by the system.
Can different people see different things?+
Yes. You decide which screens each role can open, so finance stays with the people who need it and partners see only their own account.
Is our financial data safe?+
Each school has its own separate database, access is controlled by roles, changes are recorded in an activity trail, connections are encrypted and backups run every night.
